Want to spice up your New Year? We’ve got the perfect cheddar to help kick 2020 to the curb! Our Jalapeno Cheddar is making it’s debut on our website for the first time and has the perfect balance of jalapeno flavor with a spicy note on the finish. This Jalapeno Cheddar is delicious on its own, but makes the perfect melty add in to burgers, quesadillas, tacos and more.

This special spiced cheese is not typically offered on our website, but will be available until supplies last, so grab it while you can!

Ingredients: USDA Certified Organic Pasteurized Cow Milk, Organic Jalapenos, Salt, Enzymes and Cheese Cultures

Appearance: Pale yellow-white with flecks of green jalapeno bits throughout

Texture: Moderately firm and sliceable, with a creamy, smooth finish

Taste: Savory, tangy, and moderately spicy, with a sweet finish

Pairings:

  • If you manage to not polish off the entire block as soon as you open it up to give it a taste, we recommend enjoying this cheese with tacos, chili, or melted on a pulled pork sandwich.
  • This cheddar pairs perfectly with a variety of beers – particularly lagers and stouts. The spicy character also shines when paired with an off-dry white, such as Riesling or Gewurztraminer.

    Jalapeño Cheddar Cheese. Say it slowly. Jalapeño…. Cheddar… Cheese. Do I really need to say anything else? I don’t, but I am going to continue because I love you all equally. Organic Jalapeños, straight from the farm to the chopping block, then mixed in with USDA Certified Organic Pasteurized Cow Milk, Salt, then Enzymes and Cheese cultures to bring you a perfectly balanced 8 ounce block of Cheddar cheese. Taco Tuesday coming up? Everyone here knows it happens once a week, minimum. Add some freshly shredded jalapeño cheddar to that taco and take it up a notch. Hold up — Who doesn’t want nachos with their tacos? Melt down some of this cheddar and drizzle it over your nachos and have a full on nacho taco Tuesday. This cheese is an 8/8 on the scale of great for me. Bless this Cheese and bless the people that make it.
