Rogue Creamery is a proud partner of Olympia Provisions, a charcuterie producer in Portland, OR that is committed to sustainable, humane, and “whole hog” farming practices. This salami is a true celebration of Oregon! It is made with GAP4, pasture-raised Pork from Oregon family farms, Pinot Noir from the Willamette Valley, juniper, rosemary, and Jacobsen Sea Salt.

This is the first salami that Olympia Provisions has produced that is sourced 100% from their Northwest Farmers Network – a dream a decade in the making. This network supports small family farmers who value regenerative agricultural practices, humane animal treatment, and doing things the natural way.
