We all love Smokey Blue, so we thought we’d try cold-smoking a few wheels of our Caveman Blue too. The result? A mellow, creamy cheese reminiscent of a summer campfire. Its dense, fudgy texture reminds us of a classic smoked gouda, but the flavor profile is all its own: earthy, nutty, spicy, and surprisingly meaty, Smoked Caveman is an unexpected and delightful discovery.
