Our food service customers fall into two categories, depending on their purchase volume.
Wholesale accounts are for customers looking to buy smaller quantities (under a pallet). Payment must be made by credit card at time of fulfillment, shipping charges are based on weight of package including packaging materials, minimum purchase is one box (or single 5lb wheel) to qualify. Wholesale privileges can be added to any RogueCreamery.com account belonging to a food service business – see above for more information.
Distributor Accounts are for customers looking to buy larger quantities, set up freight terms for shipping and invoicing for payment. Potential distributors must fill out the New Distributor Setup Form, sign the Terms and Conditions, and pass a credit check before they are granted Distributor pricing. Distributors must purchase master case quantities (i.e. they must purchase cheese by the case, and cannot purchase boxes).
