All orders are processed Monday – Thursday (excluding weekends and holidays) and will ship on the date you selected during checkout. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please plan accordingly to receive your package, The Rogue Creamery does not accept liability for any on-time packages that were forgotten or not immediately refrigerated after receiving.
Our carriers make every effort to deliver packages on time – but due to high volumes, they cannot guarantee packages will arrive within 1 or 2 days as requested. We have taken every step possible to ensure that the contents of your shipment stay cool for up to 3 days. If your package does arrive late, please accept the package and check the contents. If the cheese is warm to the touch, please discard the cheeses and contact us immediately at email@example.com for a replacement.
Address or Order Changes:
Please make sure to contact our customer support at 541-200-2335 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to your orders shipping date to make any changes to your order. We will not assume liability for any packages that ship with the incorrect name, shipping address, or incorrect items added by the customer. We will make every effort to correct your order prior to shipping. In the event that your order has shipped with incorrect information, the Rogue Creamery will not be able to provide a replacement or refund for your order. If your order shipped with an incorrect address, we maybe able to submit a package redirect to our carriers. If your package redirect request is denied, the Rogue Creamery will not be able to refund or replace your order. If your redirect is approved by our carrier, you will be responsible for paying any additional costs associated with this request. Typically redirect requests increase the time your order is in transit and the Rogue Creamery will not be able to provide a refund or replacement for any order that has been redirected.
The best way to guarantee that your package arrives to the correct location in timely manner is to review your order details and contact our customer support if you have any questions or need to make any adjustments to your order prior to the shipping date of your order.
Please note: If you refuse a late delivery package, we will not be able to issue you a refund or replacement.
Domestic Shipping Rates
Flat Rate Shipping: We understand that the cost of shipping can be challenge for many people, that is why we offer convenient flat rate 2-Day and Overnight express shipping for all orders in the United States including Hawaii and Alaska. Offering a flat rate shipping option also means that you don’t pay for the extra weight of the gel packs, insulation, stuffing, and other materials we use to keep your contents cool and safe during transport.
The following methods are available based on the shipping day you select during checkout:
Monday – Wednesday: 2-Day and Overnight Express Service.
Thursday: No Shipping
Friday: No Shipping
We do not offer shipping to PO Boxes, Postal Services, Private Mail Boxes, or Military Bases.
We do not offer international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Do to the nature of our products, we are not able to receive returns. Any packages attempting to be returned will be refused and returned to the sender. In the event that your order arrives bad or damaged, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Please note: If you refuse a delivery, we will not be able to provide a refund or replacement for your order.
