I also didn’t like blue cheese but this was amazing. I melted it on top of a steak but couldn’t stop eating pieces of it the entire time I was cooking!

I just tried the Smokey Blue Cheese and it is absolutely delicious! (I do not like blue cheese) I received a gift of this Smokey Blue, otherwise I would never have tried it. A review under the Touvelle Cheese mentioned her recipe which included Smokey Blue for a grilled cheese and that recipe turned out wonderful. This Smokey Blue is out of this world good!!
