Olympia Provision’s Chorizo Rioja (chor-IZ-oh ri-OH-ha) is a Spanish-style salami with both sweet and smoked paprika, garlic and oregano. This salami pairs perfectly with our cheeses, especially with our Organic Smokey Blue. Also try pairing it with a bold red wine.
